The Parable of the Ten Virgins
MATTHEW 25
“At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. Five of them were foolish and five were wise. The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take any oil with them. The wise ones, however, took oil in jars along with their lamps. The bridegroom was a long time in coming, and they all became drowsy and fell
asleep.
At midnight the cry rang out: ‘Here’s the bridegroom! Come out to meet him!’ Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps. The foolish ones said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil; our lamps are going out.’ “‘No,’ they replied, ‘there may not be enough for both us and you. Instead, go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.’ “But while they were on their way to buy the oil, the bridegroom arrived. The virgins who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet. And the door was shut.
Later the others also came. ‘Master, Master,’ they said, ‘open the door for us!’ But He replied, ‘Truly I tell you, I don’t know you.’ “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour".
Looking into the spiritual abstract of this parable, we can discern many things that relate with Yahusha's plan with His Bride in these last days.
We pick out in the first sentence the word 'LIKE' (in Hebrew 'resemblance') so here we have a contrast as to the parable, and Yahusha is telling us to use the knowledge of the Word in our comparison. So the Kingdom/Reign of Yahusha is similar to the words of this parable.
Using our understanding through imagination, we are presented with TEN VIRGINS and are told half are wise, half are foolish. The reason for these two statements of foolish and wise separates one group from another. The foolish don’t carry with them extra jars of oil and is evidence of their foolishness of NOT BEING PREPARED. (The sixth day is preparation day of which we are now into in time.)
Carrying this jar of oil is the differentiation between wisdom and foolishness. Oil represents Spirit as Yahusha said in His description. In this parable, all the virgins went out to meet Yahusha (this is a global phenomenon) and we are in this stage in time up to this part in the parable where all the virgins got drowsy and fell asleep. This means a complacency and the extraction of joy in the waiting period has been delineated, HENCE THEY ALL FELL ASLEEP!
Yahusha said, the bridegroom was LATE IN COMING
(don’t let complacency seep in, but be steadfast in His joy).
Then the call rang out at midnight, “Here’s the Bridegroom, come out to meet Him.” “Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps. 8 The foolish ones said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil; our lamps are going out. “‘No,’ they replied, ‘there may not be enough for both us and you. Instead, go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.’
This reminds us of Revelation 12 where the woman is flown into the wilderness where she is kept for 3.5 years safe from the dragon. The reason we go here is because of what happens next in the parable…. is that the rest of the virgins came knocking at the door when they were shut out and wanted to come in. Yahusha chose the wise ones He wants (true and faithful) to come in to the wedding feast. At that stage He is not destroying anything, but the foolish were told to depart from Me, I NEVER KNEW YOU!
That’s why we look where we’re up to in this parable and compare it with the time. She has established herself in preparation for His coming. And the way she has done this is through the vein of the Baptism of Spirit and Fire. Her extra jar is her deliverance from sin and death and proves she is fully prepared under obedience. She has met all criteria. She has died to herself and overcome the world. She is living the fruits of righteousness under the Two Royal laws and she is allowed to enter the wilderness of waiting protected by her preparation of Yahusha's power.This brings us to the place where we see and acknowledge that we are in a safe place with Yahusha .
THIS IS THE WILDERNESS...
THE PREPARED PLACE FOR THOSE WHO ARE PREPARED.
Today we only have a few short years left on earth because of the 7 year prophesy from Daniel, and the first 3.5 years, prophetic time stopped concerning Yahushas coming . We are now already into the last 3.5 years, time is moving. The signs of His coming are in the earth. At the moment he has not appeared to destroy this earth, but is preparing His Bride in the wilderness.
YAHUSHA TOLD US WE HAVE TO KNOW HIM. Yahusha gave us the mandate of His VEIN to spread among those who call themselves the Bride. As far as Yahusha is concerned, when we look at this parable we can see where we are up to in time. We are at the place of the midnight cry. And what’s the midnight cry? ….
HERE IS THE BRIDEGROOM ! COME OUT AND MEET HIM…
Only those with the extra oil in their jars are privileged to meet Him and can go in the door. So there’s a massive differentiation of behaviour. Only those who have entered the narrow gate get to partake of the the Baptism of Spirit and Fire can be cleansed and delivered from the power of sin and death of this world which they have overcome and are fully prepared. The doorway is shut to anybody else would who has not been obedient to the mandate of the VEIN of deliverance.
